Demonstration Drive
  1. No Price Increase –  Provided you take one lesson per month we guarantee that we will not raise your hourly rate for 12 months from the date of your first lesson. 
  2. Extended Tests are a minimum of 60 minutes driving time versus 30 minutes for a standard driving test.
  3. Prepay 15 attracts an hourly rate of £34.66. If you request a refund for unused lessons, any lessons taken will be charged at the normal hourly rate and any refund adjusted accordingly.
  4. ADI Part 2 requires a minimum of 2 hours to assess, instruct and mock test. Additional hours can be added at the time of booking at our normal hourly rate. Each separate session is a minimum of 2 hours.

Payment

We have several payment methods. 

In app payments through the TotalDrive app are subject to service fees applied by TotalDrive. We accept cash, bank transfers and card payment. Debit and credit cards are subject to a 1.69% service charge. 

Starting with us.

We will contact you as soon as possible after your contact form has been sent to us. We will discuss your requirements and provide you access to the TotalDrive app where you will be required to accept our terms and conditions. Please ensure you read these carefully. You will be required to make a deposit payment of £38 which will be credited in driving hours on your account. This will be used against your first hour. If booking PrePay 15, then a payment of £520 will be required and 15 hours will be credited to your account. You can top up your account at any time but payment for forthcoming lessons must be paid 72 hours in advance or the lesson will automatically be cancelled and made available for booking.

Our booking diary is open for a 2 week period. Messages will be sent through the TotalDrive App. If you have prepaid for 15 lessons, you and any other client who has prepaid for 15 lessons will be given a priority of one hour before the diary is opened for all. Once the 15 prepaid lessons are complete, no further priority booking applies unless another 15 lessons are prepaid.

Bookings are taken through the TotalDrive app and only for the times shown. 

We operate a waiting list in strict rotation. If on our waiting list, a fully refundable £38 is required to hold your position. We will update you regularly with a predicted date when you can commence lessons. There is no obligation to remain on our waiting list. Your holding deposit will be refunded.

ADI Part 2 is dealt with in a different manner which will be discussed following completion of the contact form.
