Payment
We have several payment methods.
In app payments through the TotalDrive app are subject to service fees applied by TotalDrive. We accept cash, bank transfers and card payment. Debit and credit cards are subject to a 1.69% service charge. We do however prefer not to be paid in cash, but it is only a preference. We don’t hide anything from HMRC so cash isn’t king for us and not worth losing our licences for. In fact it means we have to take it to a bank so it is in fact a bit inconvenient. We don’t offer cash discounts. The price is the same however you pay us.
Starting with us.
We will contact you as soon as possible after your contact form has been sent to us. We will discuss your requirements and provide you access to the TotalDrive app where you will be required to accept our terms and conditions. Please ensure you read these carefully. You may be required to make a deposit payment of £40 which will be credited in driving hours on your account. This will be used against your first hour. If booking PrePay 15, then a payment of £550 will be required and 15 hours will be credited to your account. You can top up your account at any time but payment for forthcoming lessons must be paid 72 hours in advance or the lesson will automatically be cancelled and made available for booking, unless booked at short notice when payment will be required immediately.
Our booking diary is open for a 2 week period. Messages will be sent through the TotalDrive App to advise when the diary has opened for the next available day.
Bookings are taken through the TotalDrive app and only for the times shown unless prior discussion has taken place with an instructor.
We operate a waiting list in strict rotation. If on our waiting list, a fully refundable £40 may be required to hold your position. We will update you regularly with a predicted date when you can commence lessons. There is no obligation to remain on our waiting list. Any holding deposit will be refunded if you decide to source lessons elsewhere.
ADI Part 2 is dealt with in a different manner which will be discussed following completion of the contact form.
