I passed my driving test first time at Wanstead thanks to the excellent automatic driving lessons I had with Sean. He was patient, professional and always made me feel at ease, which really boosted my confidence. His clear explanations and supportive approach helped me feel fully prepared for my test. I also had a few lessons with Sandra prior to Sean. Both Sean and Sandra played a big part in helping me through the entire process. Couldn’t recommend anyone more than Sean! I’ve been through a few driving instructors, and I can confidently say that Sean is by far the best. Words honestly can’t do justice to how incredible he is as a teacher. Sean explains everything so clearly and thoroughly, making sure you truly understand every concept before moving on. One of my biggest struggles was parallel parking, and he taught me the simplest, most effective way to approach it. I had always found it difficult, but Sean made it feel easy. Since taking lessons with him, my confidence has gone through the roof 100%! I’m genuinely excited to recommend Sean to anyone learning to drive. You won’t find a better instructor!

I've been learning to drive on and off for a couple of years and had five different instructors in that time. Sean was my sixth—and what a difference. I genuinely learned more in one lesson with him than I did in many of those previous sessions where i just seemed to be aimlessly driving around. Sean doesn't waste time. He spots what needs fixing and actually fixes it there and then—not at the end of the lesson, not "next time". I honestly thought it was normal to be told what I was doing wrong after the lesson, but now I realise how much time (and money) I was wasting. He's a breath of fresh air. His experience, especially with hazard perception and real-world driving awareness, is next level. He sees things I never would’ve noticed—and explains them in a way that just clicks. 💬 Frequently Asked Questions

❓ How many lessons will I need?

It is all dependent on ability. Some new drivers can pass after 20 hours of tuition, some 40 or more. The DVSA suggest 40+ hours of professional tuition and 20 hours of private practice with family. It is not something you can rush. If it takes a bit longer, the reward is still worth it in the end.

❓ National driving schools are cheaper than you. Do you price match?

When you do the real maths, they are not actually cheaper. Headline discounts are not real figures. We have a webpage that proves this. I am a Grade A instructor, a former driving test examiner and have been a professionally trained highly skilled driver for over 30 years as an advanced police driver. Many of our students have come to us from other instructors and are amazed at the difference. Our prices are set, but if you want to save a few £££ in the short term, it may prove costly in the long run.

❓ When can I start?

Send us a WhatsApp and ask directly. It could be tomorrow, it could be next week or in a month. It depends on our schedule and availability. We will get you started as soon as we can. Even if you have to wait a short time, it will be worth it.

❓ Your website is good, your reviews are good, but are you real or a scam site?

Definitely real. We are a UK registered limited company. We are listed on the DVSA find an instructor webpages, we have a verified Google Business profile and our cars are signwritten. We are not spamming on Facebook and Instagram. We are real.
