72 hours before your next lesson, you will receive an automated text message reminder that payment is due for the upcoming lesson. If you have already paid, please disregard this message. As per our terms and conditions, payment is due no less than 72 hours before the lesson. If no payment is received, your lesson may automatically be cancelled, and the lesson slot will be made available on the app for all.
Please also note that lesson cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the lesson time, or full payment will be taken.

Method 2: Card Payment via Card

This method incurs a small transaction fee of 1.69% per transaction.

Method 3: In-App Payment via TotalDrive (Adyen)

This method is convenient but incurs a service fee of £1.69 for payments under £100.

For payments over £100, the fee is 1.7% + 15p per transaction.

Method 4: Payment in Cash

If you choose to pay by cash, please be aware that if a lesson is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to refuse future cash payments. If payment for the cancelled lesson is not made when due, we also reserve the right to cancel all future booked lessons and make those slots available to other customers. We may also withdraw any discounted rates previously given, and any future lessons will be charged at the full hourly rate of £40 per hour.

Credit Balance Requirement:
To ensure lessons run smoothly and cancellations are covered, we require a minimum credit balance of £80 on your account. This credit acts as a safeguard against short-notice cancellations. To facilitate this, I may request payment in advance for the next lesson during your first two-hour session.
